Below is our last weekly minutes of meeting:

1. Starting with the declaration of adding more secretary into our present executive committees: Lok Komlossroksre. So that we have had two co-prominent secretaries: Osothsnaeh and Komlossroksre

2. General solutions to our mentioned agenda: We have already selected a Representative President of Each County such as
- United States of America : Preah Ang Buntheoun
- Thailand : Preah Ang Color Raindy
- Newzealand : Preah Ang Chattapayo
- Russia : Lok Ly Rasmey
- Australia : Lok Samath Lim
- Germany : Lok Emperor Khmer
- Japan : Arisa (dounji)
- Norway : khmerpersonnel
- India : pech_na
- The rest will be concentrated in next meeting or next time...
3. Our specific consultants:
- Preah Maha Dr. Hok Savann = Buddhist Philosophy and Khmer Culture
- Lok sopheap_boros_khmer = Law, Strategies and Policies
- Neak Srey Amittida = Yahoo Mediator and Women Affairs
- Consultants will be selected more...
4. We have also selected some of each State/Province representative president.
- Lok Bongsovan = California
- The rest will be concentrated in next meeting or next time...
5. Miscellaneous
- The members had talked in details about how we could run our business effectively. There were many different opinions and points of view, but the overall conclusion is excellent. We were so proud together and committed to target our organization with high expectation.

Theme : will be discusing and about the choosing of each country's executive committees and the possibility of By-Law Drafting

Our informal meetings/executive meetings will be on Wednesday 18 and Friday 20, 2006
