General talk : we had widely discussed about the possibility of legal registration of our organization and start our charitable works to improve Cambodian community. Some members suggested to choose one country for this legal corporation registration. And others expressed opinions of possible implementation to achieve our objectes that we have destined.
Conclusion : Successful talk and friendliness.

Briefing our latest informal minutes of meeting:

Attendants :
- There were two RP(representative president) of our organization partipated the meeting. They are Preah Ang Color Rainday from Thailand, and Lok Pech_Na from India
- There were two specialized consultants participated. They are Lok sopheap_boros_khmer (Legal and Strategic Planning), Neak Srey Amittida (Yahoo Mediator and Women Affair)
- Most of executive committees are presence (dhamma_online2005, mahadhammika10, waraman2005, osothsnaeh, chithana, except komloshsroksre was busy with other meeting)
- There were many other curious and supportive members are presence
General outcomes :
- We have extensively talked about the effective strategies in paving our GCIFO into a concret way
- sopheap_boros_khmer has provided us with a very accurate and precisely guideline in drafting by-law and well administrating of international corporate. He pledged to draft us a very important by-law and we(the committees) will check it together before a final improving.
- We will not use the term Central Committees but Executive Committees. The administration will compose of Board of Advisory(BOA) and Board of Directors(BOD). Executive committees will be elected by BOD and EC will select members and other sub-positions.
General conclusion and aspects:
- The meeting process was well organized, friendly and creatively...

1. Starting with the declaration of adding more secretary into our present executive committees: Lok Komlossroksre. So that we have had two co-prominent secretaries: Osothsnaeh and Komlossroksre

2. General solutions to our mentioned agenda: We have already selected a Representative President of Each County such as
- United States of America : Preah Ang Buntheoun

- Australia : Lok Samath Lim
- Germany : Lok Emperor Khmer
- Japan : Arisa (dounji)

- The members had talked in details about how we could run our business effectively. There were many different opinions and points of view, but the overall conclusion is excellent. We were so proud together and committed to target our organization with high expectation.

We have had a very succesful meeting last week (Saturday, January 7, 2006 at 9:00 - 11:00 PM). We have already selected other two executive committees:
1. Secretary = Osothsnaeh
2. Treasurer = Chithana

So our five executive committees are already elected:
1. President = Dhamma_online2005 takes in charge of general administration.
2. First Vice President = Mahadhammika10 takes in charge of education and public relationship.
3. Second Vice President = Waraman2005 takes in charge of fund raising and strategic planning.
4. Secretary = Osothsnaeh takes in charge of custodying corporate documents, taking minutes of meeting and updating it, publicizing news and sending invitation.
5. Treasurer = Chithana takes in charge of financialing, raising fund, auditing and reporting annual balance.

PS: The above functions of each committee are just our temporary updating. We will implement our duties fully when our bylaw is amended.

The outcomes of meeting are:
- dhamma_online = pick up some general aspects about how we can run an effective administrating. Primitively, we have to choose Secretary & Treasurer; and also the Representative Presidents of each country and states. Importantly, the Secretary, Treasurer and Representative Presidents of each country are urgent.
- Mahadhammika10 = has already listed some names in hand to be elected in this coming meeting.
- Waraman2005 = take it easy to deal it step by step
