- The name of the organization.
- The planning
- Targeting

Name: The name of our organization is still the same at the moment.
GLOBAL CAMBODIAN ONLINE FRIENDSHIP ORGANIZATION.
Due to the dhamma_online2005 present residency and separate location of executive members, our Global Cambodian Online Friendship Organization can not be licensed yet, even though this organization is not fully recognized by law, we still work together regularly toward successes.
So far we have 68 active members from around the world, and more will join us when our organization has been fully recognized.
We have two main Dhamma Teaching rooms, one is in paltalk.com and the other is in yahoo.com. All our monks are fully educated in the Buddhist School.

At the moment our organization is focusing on helping the monks who are involved with us in Cambodia. We will ask the monks over there to write us a plan for auditing the accountability so that we can see how much budget needed each month.

Planning:
The Cambodian Internet Friendship Organization:
Supporting the monks
Teaching the moral to the Cambodian Youth
Helping the orphanages, poor people and the amputees

As experienced, the venerable Dhamma_Online2005 used to send money in cash through our Cambodian people who went to Cambodia so that he did not to pay the fee as the money transfer by the bank transaction will cost more.

Target:
There are two types of members:
The active members have the right to audit all activities within our organization.
The non-active members have no right to audit any activities within our organization.

Financial Resources:
There are three types of active members:
Diamond member will pay $20 per month
Gold member will pay $15 per month
Silver member will pay $10 per month
If anyone is willingly helping our organization and would like to pay more, we are really appreciated for this donation.
The paper work and the designing of this payment will be arranged and advised soon.

The money that sends to Cambodia will be properly audited:
- The photo of the recipient
- The signature of the recipient
- The videotape of the recipient(optional)
- The exact amount of money received.

So our money will genuinely reach to the hands of the monks and people who are working for our organization.
Now the name of our organization has advertised in two main websites in Cambodia:

www.cambodiacic.org
And will soon spread out worldwide where Khmer people locate.
At the end of the meeting, the monk, "Dhamma_Online2005," thanked to all active members for their precious opinions and helps for making our organization step forward successes speedily.

There are more than 20 active members come from around the world attended this meeting.
